Aqua City is an eco-city developed by Novaland in Long Hung Commune, Bien Hoa (Dong Nai), covering more than 1,000 ha surrounded by about 32 km of natural river. About 70% of the area is devoted to greenery, infrastructure and amenities.
After a period of legal hurdles, local adjustments to the 1/500 plans of the component projects were approved in late June 2025. By 04/2026 Aqua City had handed over more than 1,100 townhouses and villas, hundreds of families had moved in, and Novaland was preparing to issue the first 752 pink books to residents of Sun Harbor 2 and Ever Green 1 from June 2026.
