Quick summary · Updated 10/2026
The Thu Thiem Station Complex is a ~9 ha TOD project by SonKim Land on Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, next to Thu Thiem Station – the terminus of Metro Line 2 and the central station of the North–South high-speed railway. Location & connectivity
Thu Thiem Station is planned as the terminus of Metro Line 2 (Ben Thanh – Thu Thiem, about VND 55,000 billion, full-line operation expected in 2030), the central station of the North–South high-speed railway, and a stop on the HCMC – Long Thanh railway, cutting travel to Long Thanh Airport from over 90 minutes to about 30.
The project sits on Mai Chi Tho Boulevard – the main road linking the Thu Thiem Tunnel with the HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, near the An Phu interchange and Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
The TOD 5.0 model
TOD 5.0 does more than place housing next to a station: it integrates the station with retail, services, culture and public space into one destination – the model SonKim Land, Nikken Sekkei and Nippon Koei propose for Thu Thiem.

Info Realty’s view: The project’s biggest value lies in Thu Thiem Station – where Metro Line 2, high-speed rail and the Long Thanh Airport line meet. However, that infrastructure is expected around 2030 and the project has no sales approval yet; buyers should wait for official information from SonKim Land.
