Lotte Eco Smart City sits at the “new financial core” in Functional Zone 2 (six lots, 2-1 to 2-6) of Thu Thiem New Urban Area – the area planned to become an international financial centre and the most modern urban district of Ho Chi Minh City.
The project is near Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, right by the Thu Thiem Tunnel and Ba Son Bridge. Upper floors look toward the Saigon River and District 1 (Bach Dang Wharf, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bitexco). Around it are the Thu Thiem Central Square, the Arc Boulevard and the Central Lake – the core infrastructure of the new urban area.
